Process Chemist
Responsibilities:
1. According to the target of the project, consult relevant literature, develop the process research and development plan;
2. Design and implement experiments according to process development plan;
3. Process development includes but is not limited to: reaction condition optimization, impurity preparation and separation, post-treatment condition optimization, separation and purification, and crystallization process development and research;
4. Clear and standardized completion of experimental records;
5. Collect, analyze, summarize and report related data;
6. Participate in project outsourcing affairs contact and follow up;
7. Assist to maintain the normal operation of experimental instruments and ensure the safety of experimental environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, at least 1 years related working experience is required.
2. Good organic synthesis skills and good laboratory safety awareness;
3. Meticulous experiment operation, strong data collection and analysis ability;
4. Rigorous and practical, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, team spirit, can independently carry out conventional organic chemical process research and development;
5. Good literature review and interpretation skills;
6. Good learning ability;
7. Good English reading and writing skills;
8. Experience in organic chemical process projects is preferred.
